Office Administrator
A continuously growing financial planning firm located in Beavercreek, Ohio is looking for an Office Administrator. This individual will be responsible for assisting with servicing clients and supporting the Financial Advisor in a variety of pertinent administrative tasks. The entire financial planning firm and president in Beaver Creek, Ohio have dedicated over three decades to providing financial services to their clients and the continuous growth has prompted them to hire additional personnel. Job Description 
Duties include processing all client paperwork, preparing support materials and reports for Advisor, coordinating and following up on client transactions; all while exhibiting extreme attention to detail in execution. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous industry experience, high attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Minimum Requirements:
• Financial Industry experience (preferred)
• 1 + year working alongside a Financial Advisor in a professional office environment
• Experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to obtain necessary licensing and maintain license;
      1. Series 7 or 66, Life & Health

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

Office Administrator & Client Service Specialist will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for Client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks may include:

• Create and update support materials and reports for Advisor
• Input notes to database/CRM and keep updated
• Create appropriate Client files; logging and filing all paperwork
• Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer
• Resolve client complaints and issues
• Aid in design and modification of PowerPoint Presentations
• Review application prior to submission
• Maintain compliance documentation
• Meet with Advisor weekly to review appointments and cases
• Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
• Assist with Client update reports and mailings

Office Administration:
Assisting the Financial Advisor and the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include:
• Act as a back-up to other office personnel during lunch hour, vacation, sick days
• Help to keep database up to date and accurate
• Maintain a clean and professional office
• Greet Clients
• Assist with marketing efforts/client events as needed
