Marketing Coordinator

This position does require travel between offices in Sandusky and Sheffield Village.
Minimum Requirements:

• 2 year Degree
• 2+ years of experience in marketing a company to the public.
• Industry knowledge
• Experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
This position requires that you possess the following skills:

• Excellent communication
• Ability to motivate prospects to set appointments
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Consistent follow-through


You will need to be able to consistently fill the Advisors schedule with qualified appointments and implement various pre-determined marketing strategies. Other daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks may include:

• Calling and scheduling with prospects
• Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients 
• Manage Advisor’s calendar
• Track client referrals
• Input notes to database/CRM of phone calls made and appointments set
• Seminar management and event coordination to include being in attendance
• Track effectiveness of marketing strategies
• Review marketing focus with team during staff meetings
• Handling and tracking all R.S.V.P.’s to seminars, workshops, events
• Create monthly accountability report illustrating number of contacts made, appointments set and appointments kept

Office Administration:

Assisting the Financial Advisor and the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include:

• Act as a back-up to the office assistant during lunch hour, vacation, sick days
• Help to keep database up to date and accurate
• Set appointments
• Sort & distribute mail and marketing materials
